    We ship within 1–3 business days after you approve. Mailbox delivery in Japan is free. Hand delivery by TA-Q-BIN is ¥600 (Hokkaido and Okinawa ¥1,000).

We design your seal from the name you typed and send you a proof. After you approve, the rough shape is cut by machine. Then our craftsman finishes the lines and edges by hand, and checks every seal before it ships.

Can foreigners register a hanko?

Yes. Foreign residents with a residence record (juminhyo) can register a seal at their city office.

Can I use my name in alphabet letters?

Yes. Your name must match your residence record. Alphabet, katakana or kanji are all possible.

How long does it take?

Proof within 1 business day. After you approve, we ship within 1–3 business days. Most customers get their seal within about a week.
